Despite displaying impeccable professionalism and well composed personality, Anya never sheds much light on her history and dodges questions skillfully - even when she's drunk. DMAIC's dossier depicts her as an up-and-coming research associate of Miskatonic University with phds in cosmology, neuroscience and applied physics, but in the eyes of her colleagues she always has a trick up her sleeve and possesses vast knowledge in almost every field - too vast for a woman of her age.
