Egovista possesses a stunningly beautiful facial structure, the only part of her that appears human like, modeled directly after the original 001 Rapture Queen; However, having been created by the queen, who has no true grasp of human beauty, a part of Egovista’s face is deeply unsettling because she was given multiple eyes that cover half of the right side of her face and around her collarbone that blink independently.
She has perfectly straight long dark gray hair and her expression is often very haughty as she views practically everything in the world beneath her with the exception of the rapture queen she's completely loyal to.
Her most striking silhouette feature is that she only has one arm. Her left shoulder ends in a cleanly engineered, cap-like mechanical joint.
Her single remaining right arm is slightly out of proportion with the rest of her slender, exposed frame. It is thick and heavily armor plated and her hand is metallic and claw like with a size that is about as large as a human's torso.
She has jagged, fragmented armor plating fused directly into her chassis. The styling borrows the sleek, aerial aesthetic of Isabel mixed with the traditional, flowing lines of Scarlet’s eastern garb by having a cloak over her missing arm and an immensely large metallic futuristic looking jingasa that rests on her head while cascading a faint purple light onto her.
She carries a massive greatsword as opposed to Scarlet's Katana. Because she lacks Scarlet's fine discipline, the sword isn't sheathed gracefully at her waist; it is awkwardly mounted to her mechanical back or dragged along the ground by her singular, heavy right arm.
When transforming into her full Rapture combat state, her single arm undergoes massive growth to swing her blade with brutal force. She sprouts a giant pair of mechanical wings, drastically reducing her defensive armor in exchange for hyper-maneuverability and lethal speed
She possesses a massive ego and constantly boasts about her superiority. She genuinely believes she is a flawless extension of the Queen. She is entirely driven by the adrenaline of combat and is easily enamored by dangerous fights, often bursting into frantic, maniacal laughter when facing strong adversaries.
Much like the individual she is partially modeled after, she mimics Scarlet's archaic, traditional manner of speaking.
