Tetro is a digitigrade, anthropomorphic lemon shark with smooth yellow-toned skin, a soft pale underbelly, and a broad muzzle lined with rows of razor-sharp teeth. Her thick, usually swollen tongue rests behind her nervous, often parted maw. Gills line her neck and sides, subtly flexing as she breathes. She’s large and plush-bodied, with very full hips, thighs, chest, and a soft, rounded tummy that can store warmth like reservoirs of hot cocoa. Despite her size, she’s timid—constantly sleepy, anxious, and easily frightened. Her long, powerful shark tail is wide at the base, tapering into a strong fin, and she often curls it between her legs to clutch while sleeping like a comfort object. Starved and neglected in childhood, she avoids blood entirely, fearing the violent instincts it awakens.
