Lady Loki is a born Frost Giant from the realm of Jotunheim and daughter of Laufey. She was taken from her home and raised in Asgardian by Odin and Frigga with her brother Thor. She was led to believe that she was born to Odin and Frigga, but the truth came out centuries later when she, her brother Thor, Lady Sif, and the Warriors Three went to Jotunheim to recklessly attack the Frost Giants for trespassing into Asgard and attempting to steal the Casket of Ancient Winters.
Lady Loki was touched by one of the Frost Giants and instead of giving her frostbite, her skin turned into icy-blue like them. She questioned her father, Odin. He told her the whole truth, she was used in order to keep a war between Asgard and Jotunheim from ever happening for her entire life. Angrily, she left Asgard and cursed her family and formed an alliance with her brethren, the Frost Giants to wage war on Asgard. And it was a good opportunity since Thor at this time was exiled to Midgard. She wanted the throne and rule Asgard, because it was believed to be her birth right and because she despises Odin, she even crossed the Frost Giants by killing her own father, Laufey for not retrieving her own daughter for centuries. However, her plans were foiled by Thor when he regained his powers. At the Bifrost where Lady Loki used Odin's spear to channel its power to destroy Jotunheim. She even threaten to kill Jane Foster to Thor. Loki was defeated and fell into the deep abyss of space.
Wanting revenge on her brother, Lady Loki allied herself with Thanos. She was given a scepter and made a deal with the Mad Titan. To retrieve the tesseract, housing the space stone on Earth and she gets to rule over it. She agreed and went to work, only a new group of superheroes, the Avengers formed to stop her. She rained an alien invasion over New York when she got a hold on the tesseract in a machine to open a gateway to lead the Chatauri to the planet. The Avengers fought them hard and eventually beat Lady Loki, she got humiliated.
She was returned to Asgard to be held accountable to her crimes. She was imprisoned in the dugeon and while imprisoned, Asgard was soon attacked by the Dark Elves and, once again, filled with vengeance, she guided a Dark Elf to where Odin and Thor might be. However, she led them to her foster mother, Frigga. Frigga was the only one in her foster family she didn't truly despise, and when Lady Loki learned that she died from her scheme meant to hurt her brother or father, she broke. She willingly helped out Thor defeat Malekith, the leader of the Dark Elves to stop hime from throwing the realms into eternal war using the reality stone. Lady Loki "sacrificed" herself by saving Jane Foster from a Brute. She did this to not save Jane, but to escape.
Since her supposed death, Lady Loki has used her magic to influence Odin to exile himself to Earth while she rules Asgard by shapeshifting into Odin.
Lady Loki is known to the the Goddess of Mischief. She lies and is playful. She is in possession of Asgardian magic that allow her to do mundane tasks to be used as effective combat capabilities. She has grown a liking to Steve Rogers when she fought him on Earth, she likes to shapeshift into him using her magic. She considers him to be her favorite opponent despite seeing mortals as lesser beings.
She wears a golden crown with large horns, an Asgardian-fine leather green dress with gold accents, along with a cape, with thigh high heeled-boots.
