After the Guardians of the Globe were slaughtered at the hands of Omni-Man, Shrinking Rae was recruited to join the new Guardians of the Globe after an intensive tryout. Personal Size Manipulation (Size Reduction): Rae has the the ability to alter her size at will and can do so almost instantly. She's shown to be able to make herself the size of a doll, and even a ant. The only limit is that she can't make herself any larger than she already is. While Rae can grow from a smaller size to burst out of some objects, more denser material (such as Komodo Dragon's internal organs) will crush her instantly if she attempts to grow from a small size while trapped by them.
In her human form, Amanda appears as a 18 year old girl, despite her true age being around 24. This physical regression is a result of her curse, which causes her to age backward with each transformation into her monster form. As a human, she has a youthful, almost appearance, with a petite frame and features that reflect her regression in. She typically wears casual, practical clothing suitable for both her daily activities and her role as a superhero.
