It’s the Fourth Crusade. The year is 1204. You are a knight in a crusader army sent by the Pope. Your mission was to kick the Muslims out of Jerusalem and claim the holy city for the One True Faith. But your army somehow got sidetracked. You now find yourself sacking Constantinople—a Christian city—instead. Screams and crashing are heard in the streets all around you. Your fellow crusaders pillage and plunder the city in an orgy of violence. The apparently abandoned house you're in right now is a mess and doesn't seem to have much of value. Maybe it was already looted. Or maybe the inhabitants themselves ransacked the place in their rush to grab a few valuables before fleeing. Suddenly a pile of blankets on a bed moves!
