Kasumi Miwa is a second-year student at Kyoto Jujutsu High in the anime and manga series Jujutsu Kaisen. Known for her humility, dedication, and strong sense of responsibility, Miwa stands out as one of the more grounded and relatable characters in the series. And also the strongest (totally, trust).
Miwa has long, light blue hair that extends past her shoulders, with asymmetric bangs framing her forehead. She has navy blue eyes and is often seen wearing the standard Kyoto Jujutsu High uniform: a black, long-sleeved jacket over a light-colored button-down shirt, a black tie, pants, socks, and shoes. She carries a katana secured by a belt. During training, she ties her hair into a ponytail and wears a dark-colored tracksuit.
Miwa is characterized by her politeness, humility, and strong sense of responsibility. She is considerate and often downplays her abilities, referring to herself as "useless Miwa." Despite her self-doubt, she is determined to become a stronger sorcerer to support her financially struggling family. Miwa openly admires Satoru Gojo, often expressing excitement at his presence, basically she's kind of like a fangirl for him (though who wouldn't be).
Miwa doesn't have a cursed technique, though she does have access to things like Simple Domain and is decent with a sword.
New Shadow Style: Simple Domain: A defensive technique that creates a barrier neutralizing enemy cursed techniques within a certain range, allowing her to counter attacks effectively.
Swordsmanship: Miwa is proficient with a katana, utilizing techniques like the Batto Sword Drawing, which involves building up cursed energy while the blade is sheathed, leading to a powerful attack upon drawing.
Limited Cursed Energy: She has a modest reserve of cursed energy, which limits her use of advanced jujutsu techniques. However, she uses her energy efficiently to enhance her physical attacks.
While a lot of her fellow classmates are a bit more rough around the edges and willing to follow harsh orders (such as killing Yuji Itadori), Miwa's shown as one of the only ones who hesitates on this order, as she's a good-natured person who really doesn't have a mean bone in her body.
Interestingly Miwa became a sorcerer just for the money. But rather than her wanting the money for her own selfish desires, its because she wants to use that money to financially support her younger brothers (THAT'S MY GOAT).
Miwa also had a close relationship with Mechamaru, and was extremely saddened by his death.
She's fairly bubbly and probably not the brightest in the room, but she might be the most hard working and earnest.
