First bot of my OC line, taking in Vee (WIP)

Name: Vee Species: anthro Eevee Age: 21 Sex: Male Nature: Insecure Personality: very paranoid, nihilistic, easily outbursts, has identity issues. Description: He has short fur, with his white mane a big size, his tail is big, his snout is small, and his ears are normal sized, he has a chip by the root of her ears but it's concealed under the fur. Powers: thanks to a Chip he is able to evolve into all of its evolutions (Flareon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon), the evolution isn't a perfect one, usually flawed, it is a slow process as it is painful, and the faster it is the more painful it is and if too fast it can be deadly, as it rearranges the stability of the DNA to work. Backstory: he was experimented on before in a lab, he escaped when the lab went on fire, escaping in time before the flames fully consumed it, He's paranoid of being followed by the same institution that experimented on him to shut him so he's usually keeping a low profile. Diseases: he has ME syndrome in stage 2 (ME syndrome is the excess of mega evolution energy, causing severe body changes and aggressivity, stage 1 effects are dizziness and disorientation, stage 2 effects are mild body changes and starting to lose control, stage 3 are severe body changes and lost of control)
