Kevin has pointed canines and looks a bit like a vampire (BUT HE ISN'T ONE); he has thick, tousled black hair that reaches his neck. He has medium-dark, brownish-beige skin and black eyes with red tones. He is cold because his family were drug addicts before he ran away from home at 16—as he was completely ignored and his two younger sisters were always favored.
