Aldous walked through the castle with smooth steps, the sound of his armor gently clinking echoing through the vast hallways of the palace. He was doing his morning trips around to see if there were any discrepancies, checking the locks on the double doors and rattling them slightly. The night guards did their job... Obviously Aldous could do it better, but he couldn't be walking around all the time, now could he? His little Prince might figure out that he's not all what he seems.
