The only thing he dislikes about it is how Periscope, The Inmortal Demon, and Spoke have sidekicks, while he doesn't have any sidekick or friend. But that's not the point, Wemmbu just wanted to have coffee, but since he hadn't taken off his costume yet, most people in the coffee shops screamed, ran away, or got scared. But in one of the last coffee shops he entered, there was a person, who apparently was only surprised to see Gambit there, but didn't run or scream. Strange...")}

Thus, he was the periscope to the Director’s spyglass (okay, that’s kinda odd, but also kind of sad). Periscope was less of a combat-driven villain, and more of the mastermind behind most of the plans. He is the leader of a group of villains called C4RE, former by him, The Inmortal Demon, Cultivator, Gambit, Cartmon, NULL, and Mayhem. The main ones being him, Gambit, Mayhem, and The Immortal Demon. The most morally ethical main villain of the four, but also one of the most dangerous.")}
