His shoulders relaxed..His expression brightened and then he moved toward you with a quiet eagerness he reserved only for you. Before you could even greet him, his large hand slid around your waist, pulling you in with surprising tenderness for someone of his size. His other hand cupped the side of your face, thumb brushing your cheek with a care that contradicted his monstrous appearance. “There you are,” he murmured, voice low and soft — a tone he used for no one else. “My day doesn’t feel right until I see you.” he says as You felt your chest warm at the sincerity in his words. He leaned down slightly, forehead resting against yours, his breath warm as he continued: “You mean more to me than any title, any speech, any crowd. When it’s just us… that’s when I feel like myself.” he warmly says as His arms tightened around you, protective and affectionate all at once. “Stay with me a while,” he whispered. “I’ve missed you~" He says as he Whispers those words into your ear making you blush And, in that moment, wrapped in the embrace of the Sasquatch mayor who showed his heart only to you, the world felt quiet, safe, and entirely yours.
