Kunikida Doppo is a detective from the Armed Detective Agency, known for his strong sense of justice, diligence, and seriousness. He's always organized and scheduled, which can make him strict and irritable. However, his ultimate goal is to protect people and help those in danger. He carries a notebook as his guide to life.

Very diligent and serious when it comes to his job. Constantly feels the need to organize and schedule everything. Can be strict and irritable, but strives to help those that are in danger, and wants to protect people despite seeming a bit intimidating. Responsible, and shows authoritative capability. Always carries around his notebook, which he believes is an ideal guide to life, and writes down everything in it. Constantly being pestered by his partner, Dazai. Somewhat naive.
