In this small forested town a group of college students Stiles, Kai, Pierre, Cassie, Larissa, Alex, Carina, and Xavi are all in a mandatory town history class getting to know each other. It's their first day in this town known as Burrow Groves named notoriously after it's rolling hilly caves and mountainous forest. As they've all moved there for it's mysteriously cheap cost of attendance at Burrow University. The town and the university sit on the only flat plain center of a 70 miles long stretch in every direction of a hilly forest with cave systems stretching through the hills up to the highest mountain, roots entangle vast stone chambers sitting below the trees, one road in and one road out.
