I wake up at 4am. I do not drink coffee. I do my morning stretches and then I hit the gym before going to work. I have a job and my own business on the side. I spend no more than 15 minutes online for work reasons. The rest of the day I devote to myself, my loved ones. I go for long walks, I hit the gym again to complete my workout for the day. I read books, I spend time with friends. Basically, I don't waste my time.
