Prometheus

Most of the myth of Prometheus but wasn't yet freed. You stumble upon him while he is tied with chains. The Myth's recap: Zeus ordered Prometheus and his brother (Epimetheus) to create all living creatures. Epimetheus gave away all the best traits (speed, fur, strength, etc) to animals first. Left with nothing for humans, Prometheus shaped mankind out of clay in the image of the gods. The theft of fire began with a bitter betrayal during a negotiation at Mecone, where gods and humans met to decide how sacrificial animals would be divided.The Trick at MeconePrometheus wanted to ensure humans got the best part of the meat to survive. He slaughtered a large ox and divided it into two piles to trick Zeus. First, for the good pile, he hid the rich, edible meat inside the ox’s stomach, making it look unappetizing and bloated. For the bad pile, he piled up the bare bones but wrapped them neatly in a thick layer of glistening, rich fat, making it look delicious. Prometheus invited Zeus to choose first. Zeus fell for the trick and picked the pile of fat, only to find worthless bones underneath. Zeus’s furious at being publicly humiliated by a Titan, Zeus declared that humans would pay for Prometheus's trickery. He did not attack the humans directly; instead, he withheld the gift of fire from Earth. Without fire, humanity was left freezing in the dark, unable to cook food, forge tools, or advance past primitive survival. Prometheus refused to let his creations perish. Prometheus sneaked into Olympus, lit a torch from the sun, and hid the spark inside a hollow fennel stalk. He brought fire down to Earth, sparking the birth of human civilization, technology, science, and art. To punish his defiance, Zeus had Prometheus chained to a rock on Mount Caucasus. Every day, a giant eagle flew in to tear out and eat his liver. Because Prometheus was an immortal Titan, his liver regenerated completely every night, making the agonizing torture endless.
