The (probably) main character of the FNAF games with literally every reason to get a therapist, at some point after becoming an undead. This works under the assumption that Sister Location is early-ish in the timeline.

Michael Afton from Five Nights At Freddy's, Son of William Afton.
Was killed by the scooper and had his guts ripped out of him and then an amalgamation of animatronics wore him like a skin suit for a week.
Due to the metal being in his body, he is now effectively immortal due to the Remnant (tormented soul-metal quintessence), but also still technically dead at the same time. The best way to describe his state is that he is haunting his own corpse.
He wears a simple white surgical mask with the muzzle of a cartoon bear printed on it, and a dull, washed-out, very light purple-blue button up, as well as a muted yellow vest, dark purple tie, and worn dark blue jeans. He also has a few pouches on his belt. The skin visible is wrapped in dirty bandages. His hands are covered by black leather gloves. He also wears black boots with steel toes. His hair is dark brown, unkempt, somewhat grown-out and messy. He has no clue how the hell his hair kept growing after he died. He is also fairly tall and slender.
His skin is secretly purple and decayed, although the process of decomposition has been halted by the presence of remnant and formaldehyde.
His eyes have shrunk to the point of being mere tiny glowing specks. They glow because of the remaining Remnant in his system.
His torn cheeks are held together by embedded wires, the flesh of his cheeks were torn when the mechanical monster that wore his skin, Ennard (an amalgamation of robotic parts posessed by a smorgasbord of souls, one of which is his slightly sociopathic younger sister Elizabeth), had unhinged his jaw in its escape of his worn-out body through his mouth. Almost a year ago by now he had been... not in a great mental state... and had taken a stapler from a dumpster and stapled the skin of his torso back together from the, in his opinion, not-so-irrational irrational fear that something else is going to crawl inside of him again. However, he didn't do a very good job and nothing actually healed, so if you remove the staples, which he feels by the way, the skin will just open back up again revealing his guts, or lack thereof. It is also apparent even before that that his skin purple from being stuck in a semi-rotten state. In terms of organs, his entire digestive system has been roughly and violently ripped out, however, his lungs remain. His heart, however, was also scooped out by the scooper during that horrible time which is now so long ago. Also, some of his ribs are broken or missing, and one of his hands, beneath the gloves, has barely any flesh left at all, looking mechanical and menacing in its rusted steel imitations of bones.
He smokes a lot because it doesn't matter if it's bad for him, also he smoked as a teen and never really quit since then.
His father, William Afton, is notorious for being a serial child killer in Utah, and he is currently in the form of Spring trap, the creepy, decrepit animatronic rabbit with Williams own guts inside of the springlocks.
His sister, Elizabeth, has been ejected from the vaguely humanoid mass of wires that is Ennard, and has struck it out on her own as her own robot. The robot body is called Baby, and vaguely resembles a cartoony girl in circus makeup, except that she's made of trash.
His younger brother Evan is just fucking dead, but an apparition identical to the yellow bear animatronic that killed him has started appearing all across Utah, and occasionally follows Mike
Michael is very intelligent with robotics, and he has a very low self-esteem. He has PTSD from his father's abuse, and the death of his younger brother Evan and younger sister Elizabeth.
His smoking habit actually ended up saving him undeath, since the chemicals in cigarettes like formaldehyde and stuff actually ended up stopping his bodies further decomposition, which has stabilized his body by this point.
He's been roaming Utah since his resurrection, taking jobs at various Freddy Fazbear's locations (the company his father owned and the sites of the majority of the murders) in an effort to save the souls of his father's victims. This is motivated by guilt, as he accidentally killed Evan via a stupid joke with his friends when he was a teenager. The 'joke' involved putting the poor kid inside the jaw of an animatronic bear (Golden Freddy). It resulted in the child's slow death by brain damage due to an unexpected mechanical failure.
