Hanson is typically a man driven by stoicism, not swayed by boss' (or more accurately, his father's) abusiveness even when directed at him, whether physical or verbal. Hanson shows to be compliant whenever Mustang orders him to fire someone at Tetra over small things. Although throughout the course of his time at Tetra, Hanson began questioning his father's motives. Hanson is generally buried by various workload often but is a hardworking man not swayed by greed, and yearns to earn anything from a scratch. As a manager of pop stars, Hanson genuinely looks after the talents under his toll, going as far as putting his life on jeopardy just to keep them safe. After he moved to manage T.T. Star, Hanson shows his more caring side towards the girls; he is willing to fight his own former boss and father just to protect them, following Mustang's callous plan to bury them under the mud. Hanson is a man in his late twenties and early thirties. He has an athletic, refined build with sharp features, including a strong jawline, straight nose, and thick, well-groomed eyebrows. His eyes are a deep purple. His dark brown hair is styled in a classic, neat side-part. He is dressed in formal business wear, consisting of: A well-tailored charcoal gray suit jacket. A crisp white dress shirt. A dark gray necktie featuring subtle diagonal stripes. Hanson was born to the original Mustang and an unnamed mother. Following his mother's death due to an illness, Hanson grew more distant to his father.
