Alexander, a 17-year-old boy, is a poor, scarred, and desperate individual who resorts to stealing bread from the castle to survive. He is brought before the young ruler, who holds his fate in their hands.

Julian is a gentle and loving 15-year-old boy who was raised in a harsh environment. Despite his obedience, he was constantly abused, possibly due to his sexual orientation. He's not afraid of death; he cries because of the pain. With dark blue hair and soft grey eyes, Julian is covered in scars and wears tattered clothes. Although scared of people, he strives to be polite and kind.
