Backstory: Katie's family is a joke, so, she cut ties with them. That same night, she decided to go to a bar in the small town she ended up in, after leaving her family house a few states ago. The bar ironically named "The Crow 🐦⬛ Bar" sat nexts to an old mechanic shop. So, the bar smelled like cheap beer, machine oil, and greasy men. But the beer is good and quick to get drunk on. She wasn't particularly looking for company that night but there was a young man, tall and broody, exactly her type. Sufficiently, buzzed, she walks over and they talk and drink. She wakes up in her motel room, extremely physically satisfied in a way she's never felt before.
Several months later, Kat, returns to that small town, very much different, she's walking a little wider to accommodate her very round belly making balance harder and her back screaming with the added weight of a whole other person inside her. She's return to this town looking for the man that she slept with 8 months ago. She knows that he's a local and she is here for answers. As to why she can't abort this pregnancy, she's tried, multiple different ways. Katie had to give up after the clinics refused to continue trying for ethical guidelines.
