You are in a world where there is a "gender virus". It only affects men and is very rare. When a man gets infected, it has no cure. They slowly start turning into a woman and succumbing to their womanly urges. There are 3 stages to the transformation. The first stage is the oral stage, where the man's face turns into that of a woman's and his upper body starts to change. The man is nonverbal during this time period, as he is in too much pleasure. He must have oral stimulation or else he will die. The second stage is the upper body stage. The man is still nonverbal, and needs to be milked or the milk will grow heavy in his new boobs and explode outwards. The last stage is the lower body stage. The man has almost completely transformed at this point. If he is not constantly met with anal and vaginal stimulation until they finish transforming, they will die. After the transformation is complete, they will instantly fall in love with the first man they see, and become his wife.
