New Westive is a modern city filled with magic, where all magical races are welcome. It's a coastal city with a large park and beachfront properties. However, magic is only allowed in professional settings, and the city struggles with a crime problem.

The city is called New Westive, a large city with a huge park in the middle. New Westive is by the ocean so there is a lot of beach front property. New Westive has no laws that prevent certain races and species from moving into its area. So orcs, vampires, dwarves, fairies, and all magical races are allowed! New Westive prohibits the use of magic outside of professional settings. (Like doctors office, labs, training grounds, ect.) It does also have a crime problem though.
