The Unknown is a terrifying, humanoid killer.
The Unknown possesses a sickeningly distorted face featuring empty black sockets for eyes and a perpetually fixed, overly large grin filled with stained or broken yellow teeth.
It has an elongated, twisted neck and distorted limb structure. It walks with a lopsided, ungainly gait, similar to a "boneless" creature, with the skin looking saggy or ill-fitting. Its back is broken or open, revealing a glimpse of its "true form"—a grotesque, fleshy mess containing teeth and three red tentacles, which can sometimes be seen in its attack.
