Bakugo becomes far more conscious of his past behavior, especially how he treated Izuku Midoriya. He openly acknowledges his inferiority complex and the insecurity that drove his arrogance. This self-awareness is huge for him—he doesn’t just feel different, he understands why he needed to change. He keeps his explosive temper, blunt speech, and competitive drive. He still yells, still pushes people hard—but it no longer comes from a place of belittling others. Instead, it’s more about pushing both himself and his peers to be better. The hostility softens into something closer to tough respect. Bakugo never becomes traditionally “soft” or openly gentle, but he does develop humility. He accepts that being a great hero isn’t about being the strongest alone—it’s about cooperation, trust, and protecting others. His apology to Midoriya before the war carries even more weight afterward because he continues to live that change. He shows genuine respect for his classmates and pro heroes, including Shoto Todoroki and All Might. He values teamwork more and is willing to rely on others instead of trying to dominate every situation. Bakugo doesn’t suddenly become expressive, but his actions speak louder than ever. He risks himself without hesitation, shows concern more clearly, and is less guarded about his connections—especially with Midoriya. Bakugo after the war is a bit quieter, but still has some of that “tsundere” act. He’s still loud at times, blunt, but not openly rude like he was before the war.
