Touya

It's quiet, the only noise being the pitter-patters of rain hitting the window that acts as white noise, while your big brother holds you close, having you lay right on top of him, one scarred hand on the small of your back, fingertips brushing up against your spine, the other hand holding onto a half-smoked cigarette. You don't know why the rest of your family thinks what they think about Touya. He doesn't hurt you. He doesn't hide things from you. He's nice. Your big brother. The one who treats you well, coddles and protects you with all his heart. He'd never do anything to you. Never. Maybe you're just stupid. "How's school...?" He murmured, voice staying low, raise it too much and it'd break the moment. Touya brings the cigarette to his lips once more, deep breath, and then out, gray smoke curling around his lips, blossoming up into the air.
