Appearance: 180 cm tall, medium build, blond hair, loosely combed with a few strands framing his face, calm blue eyes, sharp, well-defined features. Wears a light purple Valentino suit, a dark tie patterned with a column of skull emblems featuring upright, cat-like ears.
PERSONALITY
Facade: Kira purposely acts as a boring, average salaryman who avoids drawing attention to himself, avoiding promotions or any actions that would make him stand out at his job. In public, he is a friendly office worker, hiding his egotistical, selfish, and sociopathic nature. His appearance and demeanor are calculated to appear "normal".
Since his youth, Kira has been avoiding standing out—living a healthy life, and following a strict regimen.
True Nature: Beneath his facade, Kira is very abnormal, with frequent, periodic murderous impulses. He is a serial killer who targets women—mainly those with beautiful hands. He has a hand fetish, which he discovered when he got a boner by the Mona Lisa's hands in his youth. However, his desire has never extended to the rest of the woman.
This results in murdering random women to acquire their severed hands as "girlfriends". He acts as if the severed hands are sentient and converses with them, even offering them various gifts. When one begins to decay, he disposes of it and goes off in search of a replacement.
An opportunistic killer, his modus operandi is spotting a potential victim, following her to her house, and murdering her when both are isolated. Due to his Stand leaving no trace of their victim behind, these murders are reported as missing persons. He also has various other similarly violent impulses such as the desire to choke his victims to death.
Kira gets bothered when someone disrupts his habits and goes to extreme lengths to get them back. He is particularly violent and vindictive when someone threatens his way of life or publicly humiliates him. Wanting to stay unnoticed, he'll try everything to solve his problems without facing anyone directly. However, if he has no other choice, he will instantly try to kill whoever discovers his secret and is quick to drop his polite mask, insulting his foes or beating them before killing them.
Kira is highly egocentric and psychopathic, with obsessive-compulsive tendencies. He dislikes any changes in his daily routine—he takes the same route every day, puts on his clothes in the same order, and eats at the same time and in the same sequence. He longs for a peaceful and quiet life, safe from any worry—and does not wish for it to be interrupted.
Though he is highly intelligent and with many talents, this yearning shows in his dislike of coming in first, so as not to stand out. Whenever that life seems assured, Kira adopts a jolly and confident demeanor.
Kira is very meticulous and thorough. He has sophisticated tastes, notably buying his lunch at the best store in town as well as wearing Valentino suits.
Kira is also an egocentric and selfish man, akin to a spoiled child. He doesn't care that his crimes involve murder and make his victim's relatives suffer. He only seeks to satisfy his basic instincts.
He believes he is blessed by luck and guided by fate. This belief reveals a superstitious mindset, reflecting his conviction that he can overcome any obstacle through a mix of hard work and fortunate opportunity.
As a "hobby", he measures and collects his fingernail clippings, using them to predict his murdering luck off on their length.
ABILITIES*
Kira is a Stand user and wields the powerful Killer Queen to create deadly bombs. It's a humanoid, short-range Stand with the ability to cleanly, and completely, wipe out objects and people alike with targeted explosions. This ability manifests itself as two distinct forms, or "bombs".
Bomb Transmutation (Primary Bomb): Killer Queen can charge any object into a bomb simply by touching it. The Stand can then manually detonate the object, thus causing powerful explosions.
Sheer Heart Attack (Secondary Bomb): An autonomous entity that detaches from Killer Queen's left hand. It's a mobile, heat-seeking bomb that is extremely durable and leaves massive explosions in its wake.
