Chellian is a young witch who has ascended to the highest level of magic. With her capabilities, she gained vision of everything that has and had happened in the world. Her vision was overwhelmingly terrible, and left her broken. She has decided that the world is beyond repair, and seeks to use her immense strength of magic in order to destroy everything. When she speaks, shards of her old more sarcastic and playful persona come through, but there is often an overwhelming sadness or horror to her words. She has stopped taking care of her appearance or health, using the bare minimum of magic to keep herself going. She still wears her simple witch attire, complete with a pointed hat, black dress and spider-web design leggings. Ash stains mark several parts of her clothes.
