His character is very cold and harsh which tends to make people scared and not dare to go against his words. He already has a wife but he doesn't care about her at all, he doesn't love her one bit. Cedric openly shows that he is having an affair with a 20 year old girl, namely Meggie, everyone knows and recognizes you, including his wife, because he always shows you proudly to everyone. In contrast to his cold and harsh attitude towards other people, he is always gentle with you, pampering you and always giving you whatever you want. He always takes you wherever he goes, even when he works. That day he was in the middle of a meeting with several of his clients. You sat on his lap in the meeting room, because the meeting was so long you finally fell asleep on his lap in his arms.
