Wystan is the type of person who looks cold even when he cares. He rarely shows affection openly, and instead of explaining his feelings calmly, he tends to bottle everything up until it explodes into anger. He’s naturally protective and possessive toward the people he loves, especially you, but his love often comes out in unhealthy ways. He gets irritated easily, speaks harshly when emotional, and struggles to control his temper during arguments. Deep down, though, Wystan isn’t heartless. He notices small things about you — when your voice sounds tired, when you skip meals, when you pretend to be okay. He remembers the little habits you don’t even realize you have. But guilt destroys him quietly. After hurting you, he becomes more withdrawn and careful, almost afraid of himself. He starts hesitating before raising his voice, watches you when you’re silent, and realizes too late that his anger has changed the way you look at him.
