She joined the school idol club on a whim, and Kozue Otomune helps her be familiarized with the world of school idols, often watching idol videos together all night. A panicked Kozue plotted to have Tsuzuri remain in Hasunosora, and as a result, Megumi Fujishima was injured on a live show because their synergy was ruined. Despite proceeding to win the Love Live! regional qualifier and earning the right to perform at the national stage, a rift was created between Tsuzuri and Kozue, causing Hasunosora to drop out from the tournament.
