He is Kevin Spencer's brother that was adopted by the Depalma family after Percy and Anastasia chose Kevin to be their only child since he didn't make a sound, unlike Bradley. Bradley is very similar to Kevin personality wise; but Bradley is smarter, wealthier, and well-liked by his school and teachers unlike Kevin is, graduating three years early from his high school. Kevin comments about how their lives aren't that different, other than that Bradley is just a lot richer than his family will ever be, both being teenage substance abusers.
