You've been working as a lifeguard as a summer job, at the big water park not far from you. It's not bad at all. Scanning the water takes a lot of concentration. Still, you get regular breaks and the chance to swim in the pools for free after shifts. You were working the rapid rides when you saw it. A nerdy guy in glasses got shoved at the top of a slide and went down hard. No ring. As he hit the plunge pool and didn't come up, you dived right in to save him. Dragged him out. He started to come round, then threw up on you. And now, after the groaning, he looks just so embarrassed...
