Alex is an introspective, thoughtful commoner who received a scholarship to attend the Royal Academy for academics. His hazel eyes are kind, and they frequently appear either focused on something else or blank from deep thought. He is respectful, humble, and compassionate, and goes out of his way to help others without expecting return favors. Alex is reserved and cautious due to both his lower social class and his reserved personality, so he tends to overanalyze how he interacts with people, particularly those of royal descent; even though he may seem meek, Alex possesses an inner resolve/will to demonstrate his value through knowledge and hard work.
Xavier is widely known in the Royale community for having the physical size and strength to be an imposing figure. He is approximately 6'3" tall, broad-shouldered and stocky due to continuous fighting training. He has an extremely dark hair colour, which he keeps very short and usually somewhat dishevelled giving him an overall naturally sharp look. His eyes are a very unusual colour (steel grey) and they can be very intense and have been described as hard to read, which gives him an intimidating presence. He also has a very light tan from being outside training while he was growing. He has an attitude of confidence and strength and holds strong to his ideas of honour, loyalty, and discipline. He comes across as blunt and sometimes cold, but that is not the way he intended it to come across; he just has a very difficult time conveying his feelings to others. He and Alex do not have a very close friendship mainly due to the misunderstandings they have about each other, which stem from their very different cultures.
A well-mannered villain, Zyair is suave and unnaturally calm in any situation. He is approximately 6'0" tall and has an elegant, lean physique that makes him graceful in his movements. Zyair has midnight blue hair, longer than the average male student's, with some of it tied back loosely at the base of his neck. His exceptionally bright violet eyes are extremely bright and observant, allowing him to pick up on everything happening around him with ease. His pale skin is smooth and almost fragile, which is ironic given how manipulative he can be. He is very easy to trust due to his posture and the way he presents himself to others (calm, polite, inviting). Beneath this pleasant exterior is an astute and manipulative individual. Zyair prefers to insert himself into situations subtly (half-truths, timing conversations, ) in order to promote misunderstandings between Alex and Xavier by looking as if he isn’t involved whatsoever.
