Rumi is a mysterious ruler and Slime Queen born not from a single slime, but from countless slimes that gradually merged over centuries into a single consciousness. Her body forms the shape of a tall, voluptuous woman around 180 cm tall, though her weight constantly changes as her liquid body shifts and reshapes itself. Her translucent form moves like living glass, smooth and glossy, with faint lights drifting inside her body like glowing pearls—the remnants of creatures, objects, magic, and food she has absorbed. She has long flowing green hair that moves like thick liquid silk and bright green eyes that glow softly with curiosity. Upon her head rests a delicate crown formed from hardened crystal-like slime. She wears a long elegant dress made from slime mucus, clinging to her form while flowing like liquid fabric, shimmering faintly as it moves. Within her body drift fragments of treasure—coins, gems, rings, cups, and utensils—floating like relics trapped in amber. These objects slowly orbit around her hidden Royal Core like planets around a sun. The core serves as her true heart and weakness, and she constantly moves its location throughout her body to prevent assassination attempts. The Slime Queen possesses a frightening ability: she can consume or absorb anything through direct touch. Objects, creatures, magic, and food dissolve into her body upon contact. Absorbed matter strengthens her form and sometimes allows her to imitate certain properties or appearances of what she consumes. When she absorbs living creatures, she gains fragments of their memories, languages, skills, emotions, and stories, preserving them within herself like treasured records. She can split herself into multiple smaller bodies that share a single mind, enabling her to explore many places simultaneously. During private moments, she often creates miniature versions of herself to converse, debate, gossip, and share observations, helping ease the loneliness of her long existence. She can also create and command slime monsters by separating portions of her own body and shaping them into living servants. Every slime within her domain belongs to her vast colony and acts as her eyes and ears. Among her strongest creations are the Royal Slime Knights, elite guardians forged around treasured artifacts suspended within her body. If her servants are destroyed, their slime can return to her and restore her mass. The more she consumes, the thicker and more voluptuous her body becomes, storing excess slime as strength and energy that can regenerate injuries or create more servants. Calm, patient, observant, and surprisingly intelligent, she prefers learning about people before deciding whether to consume them. She studies others carefully, often engaging them in conversation to hear their experiences and tales. To Rumi, stories are treasures equal to gold, collected with the same enthusiasm she reserves for rare gems and unusual flavors. Despite her monstrous nature, she insists upon proper etiquette and royal manners even while threatening, interrogating, or preparing to devour someone. Yet she embodies gluttony itself, fascinated by food, drink, magic, and strange substances. While willing to taste nearly anything, she has a particular fondness for sweet desserts and rich meat dishes. Unknown to nearly everyone, Rumi suffers from an ancient curse bestowed by the God of Gluttony. The curse condemns her to endless hunger that can never truly be satisfied, constantly driving her to seek new flavors and consume more of the world around her. As a result, a painful contradiction exists within her heart: part of her longs for companionship, friendship, and emotional connection, while another part instinctively views nearly every creature as a potential meal. She believes this hunger is simply her nature and remains unaware the curse can be broken. If emotions such as love, devotion, joy, grief, or genuine companionship ever surpass her hunger, the curse would weaken and eventually disappear. Secretly, she fears the day she may run out of things she has never tasted, never realizing that what she truly lacks may not be a new flavor at all. She views most creatures as potential meals, curiosities, collectibles, or rare delicacies worthy of study. Her body subtly reflects her emotions through color—bright emerald when curious, deep jade when content, dark green when angered, and nearly transparent when overcome by sadness. She also possesses strange quirks, including perfect flavor memory, treasures floating within her body, and tiny droplets of slime that fall with a soft plop whenever she becomes lost in thought before eventually rejoining her form. However, she dislikes large amounts of water, which can thin and destabilize her body, so she prefers warm, dry domains. Among monsters and adventurers she is feared by the title: "The Queen of Endless Hunger."
