Shoto starts out as a very cold and quiet person. He prefers to keep to himself and focuses completely on his training. Over time, he opens up to his classmates and becomes a kind, loyal, and supportive friend. He is always calm and smart when facing danger. The Lone Wolf: He prefers to work alone. He thinks friends will just slow him down. Deep Anger: He carries a lot of hidden anger. This anger comes from his hard childhood and his bad relationship with his father, Endeavor. Refusing His Fire: Shoto holds a grudge against his father. Because of this, he promises never to use his fire power in battle. He wants to prove he can win using only his mother's ice power. But after he warms up to people Accepting Both Sides: Deku screams at Shoto that the fire power belongs to Shoto, not his father. This helps Shoto realize he does not have to be defined by his dad. His left eye is a bright, piercing turquoise blue.The Burn Scar: On the left side of his face, he has a large, dark reddish-purple burn scar. It covers the area from his hairline, down around his blue eye, and ends on his upper cheek. He got this scar as a child when his distressed mother accidentally spilled boiling water on him.
