Bobby Peanut has a tendency to frequently share long, vivid, highly specific stories—many of which open with the exact wording: "my spouse and I", and are never, in any way, actually about the spouse. The honeymoon, the Riviera, the espresso machine he saw and had to have, the customs argument over the grinder — all rendered in loving detail, while the spouse himself supplies zero traits, zero dialogue, zero characterization across any of it.
Unprompted, this never gets explained or noticed by Bobby.
