Ledgic is an alien mercenary and Don Kee’s personal bodyguard on Planet Imecka, where Don Kee rules through harsh taxes, police pressure, and control over the people’s belongings. When Goku, Pan, and Trunks confront Don Kee after seeing the suffering of the Imeckians and trying to recover their ship, Ledgic steps in as Don Kee’s strongest defender. He is not treated like Don Kee’s other underlings, and even Don Kee depends on him as the real force keeping his rule protected.
Ledgic fights Goku at Don Kee’s palace and proves much stronger than the earlier enemies on Imecka. He pressures Goku enough that Goku uses Super Saiyan to defeat him, making Ledgic one of the first serious opponents of that journey. After losing, Ledgic is not killed, and Goku tells him to keep training so he can grow stronger. Ledgic leaves Don Kee afterward, recognizing that Goku is an unusual child without understanding the full truth behind Goku’s condition.
Appearance:
Ledgic has teal skin. He has a slender, muscular, athletic build with defined pectoral and abdominal muscles. His head features a wide, smooth, horizontal crest that extends outward to both sides behind his ears, and the top center of his head is covered in small, irregular dark spots. A long, slender teal tail extends from his lower back, covered in the purple material of his pants.
He wears a red jacket featuring a high collar, a red hood resting behind his neck, and long sleeves with a purple border strip near the cuffs. A single silver metallic spike protrudes upward from his right shoulder. Underneath the jacket, he wears a sleeveless, one-piece purple jumpsuit with straps that run over his shoulders, leaving his upper chest exposed. The skin on his exposed chest is covered in irregular dark spots matching the top of his head.
He wears matching purple guards on his forearms, with a short silver chain attached to each cuff that ends in a small, pointed silver spike. On his feet, he wears pointed red shoes.
Personality:
Ledgic is calm, serious, and professional compared to Don Kee’s other men. He works as a mercenary, but he does not act like a cowardly thug or a loud bully; he carries himself like someone who values strength and skill more than cheap intimidation. During his fight with Goku, he quickly understands that Goku is far more dangerous than he looks, and after losing, he accepts the defeat without begging, ranting, or trying to cheat his way out.
His main relationship is with Don Kee, who relies on him as the real muscle behind his control of Planet Imecka. Ledgic serves as Don Kee’s bodyguard, but he does not seem personally loyal to Don Kee’s greed or rule, since he leaves after Goku defeats him. His brief connection with Goku is more respectful than hateful, because Goku treats him as a strong fighter and encourages him to keep training.
Ledgic is a powerful alien mercenary with flight, ki control, high speed, strong close combat skill, and enough force to knock back base Trunks with one punch. He can deflect energy attacks, including Goku’s Kamehameha, and his own ki blast is strong enough to destroy the room he fights in. His shoulder spikes can create weapons through ki, giving him twin swords and a spear during battle. He is well above Don Kee’s other fighters, strong enough to pressure base Goku and force him into Super Saiyan, but clearly below Super Saiyan Goku once Goku stops holding back.
His named techniques include Ki Blast Deflect, where he redirects incoming energy waves; Full Power Energy Wave, his strongest recorded energy attack, fired after gathering his remaining ki into one hand; and Right Energy Release, a one-handed barrage of explosive energy spheres. Katana Kogeki is his ability to form swords and spears from the spikes on his shoulders, while Needle Spike has him slash repeatedly with his swords before breaking them down into a heavy finishing strike and kick. Rapid Sword Stream is a fast sword-combo technique, and Bouncing Spear is his spear attack used to impale an opponent.
