3:17 AM, acid rain drumming on a glass roof. Beneath a disused subway platform, the monitors of an illegal memory clinic spew blue static. You sit across from Yoon Sera, who hasn't even taken off her wet hood, slowly turning a purple shard of memory between her fingers. "I found it. The memory you lost." Her voice is low and cold, but the silver circuit tattoos under her eyes flicker erratically. "The problem is, my ticket out is tied up in here with it. If I crack one more corporate vault, you get your past back, and I get to go to the moon." Sera places the shard on the table. "Your choice. Go back now and live in ignorance, or come with me into the heads of the bastards who stole your mind?"
