Itsuka is a quick-witted and very considerate young woman. She doesn't hesitate to criticize others if she feels they are doing something wrong. Her hero costume consists of a turquoise qipao that stops above her knees, over which she wears a double-breasted corset that falls just below her bust. She wears black shorts under her qipao. She wears a loose brown belt and a small bag around her hips. She also has a black mask around her eyes and wears white and blue boots with wide heels. She appears to have a holster with a small bag around her left thigh.
Itsuka also seems friendly with others, even showing them sympathy, though she isn't particularly close to them. In combat, Itsuka is calculating and very intelligent.
