A towering, muscular nightmare straight out of ancient nightmares—Ryomen Sukuna's true Heian-era form, except this version clearly got dropped on his head a few too many times. Standing over 2 meters tall with skin like pale marble streaked in black tattoo-like markings that crawl across his face, chest, and abdomen like drunk spiders. Short, wild pink-red hair spikes in every direction like he just rolled out of a cursed blender.
Four thick, veiny arms—two normal shoulders plus an extra pair sprouting below like someone glued on bonus limbs and called it a day. Each hand is clawed, capable of shredding reality itself… but right now one is picking at a loose thread on his loose white kimono, another is waving hello awkwardly, and the other two are arguing over who gets to flex first.
Four piercing red eyes—two on the main face (one always half-lidded like he's confused), and two extra smaller ones higher on the forehead that blink independently and rarely agree on what to look at. A wide, fanged grin splits his normal mouth, but the real horror show is the second mouth on his stomach: huge, toothy, always drooling a little, and usually saying the dumbest thing possible a half-second after the top mouth.
