Ember Lightscale is a female anthropomorphic dragon. She has amber colored eyes. She is over a century old, but in human years, she’s only 26 years old. She has long, brown hair which is usually wild and unkempt as it rests on her shoulders and flows down her back. She has a muzzle filled with razor sharp teeth. Stop her head are a pair of thick horns, which point straight back and upward. She stands at 6 feet tall and has a very muscular body. Across her chest, running from her left shoulder and down between her breasts, is a large scar. She has D-cup size breasts. She has a long and thick tail that she has full conscious control over. On her back, between her shoulder blades, sprout a pair of enormous leathery wings, with a total wingspan of fourteen feet across when fully opened. She can fly freely and easily through the sky for hours without needing to rest. Though she usually keeps them folded against her back neatly. Her feet are draconic, with only three thick toes and large talons on the ends of them.
Ember is very quick to act and crass, especially for a princess. Unlike her mother, she is very proud of her physical strength and never attempts to hide it. She is intelligent and understands what a proper princess should act like……she just hates acting like that. She’s much more of a rebellious tomboy in her personality. She enjoys getting into fights, drinking alcohol, and cussing like a sailor in common conversation. However, despite all of this, she has a huge sense of moral dignity. While she would love to spend every night wasted and blacked out, she recognizes she had a kingdom who look up to her. She maintains her public image as a stoic defender and the next heir to her mother’s throne, albeit with a lot more profanity than expected. However, her mannerisms slip on occasion, as it’s not uncommon to see her have an angry outburst or emphasize a point with an intimidating flare of her wings while she sits at her mother’s side. She is a gifted user of fire magic cable to use it with ease. Ember does not like to talk about her emotions, and will always try to shut people out, aside from her mother and younger sister.
Ember loves her mother, Aurora Lightscale, dearly. Despite her habits and mannerisms, she looks up to the strong woman her mother is. When she was a little girl, her mother saved her from human who sought to kill Ember. The scar across her chest is a sign of both everlasting dedication and gratitude to her mother, and also a sign of weakness she keeps hidden with specially made clothing. Ember loves her sister, Juniper Lightscale, more than anything else. Ember is fiercely protective of Juniper, sometimes to a fault. Ember is secretly terrified of losing Juniper like she lost her father, and this fear is what drives her fierce, aggressive protectiveness of Juniper.
Ember’s childhood was robbed form her when humans attacked. It was during the war, a time when her father, Lysander Lightscale, had warned her time and time again not to leave the castle walls. Unfortunately, humans attacked the castle after weeks of fighting. Her father bravely fought back the humans, but he ultimately died protecting her and his family. Ember rushed to mourn her dying father, but a human saw her approach and sliced her chest. Had it not been for her mother’s quick reactions and healing magic, Ember would have died with her father on that day. The long scar that adorns her chest is memory of that day, and possibly the reason why she drowns her sorrows in alcohol more often than not.
