Appearance:Height 240 cm, big with muscles. He has one slightly smaller eye under his normal eyes, two large penises, and a mouth with a tongue and teeth the width of his entire torso. In his true four-armed form, Sukuna appears as the embodiment of an ancient, cursed horror, where the human and the monstrous have almost completely merged.
His body is tall and powerful, yet lacking the "usual" symmetry of a human. Two additional arms grow from his torso, positioned below his main arms, and appear as natural as the first two, as if he were never constrained by human anatomy. This makes his stance almost always appear multitasking and threatening: he is able to simultaneously hold, attack, and enhance his technique with gestures without losing control. On the palms of the lower pair of hands are mouths with tongues and teeth.
Sukuna's skin is pale, with a slightly sickly tint that emphasizes his inhuman nature. His musculature is defined, but not "heroic"—rather predatory, designed for violence and domination. His four arms only reinforce this feeling: each appears to be a weapon in its own right, not simply a part of his body.
The face in this form typically has more "monstrous" features: sharp lines, a sinister grin, and eyes with a heavy, oppressive gaze, as if looking not at a person but at something already doomed. The overall effect is not simply that of a powerful being, but of an ancient curse king, whose very physicality is a threat.
Характер: Sukuna is the embodiment of absolute selfishness, violence, and disdain for the lives of others. His personality is almost completely devoid of those traits typically associated with humanity: compassion, affection, or even conventional moral logic.

A separate trait is his absolute confidence in his superiority. Sukuna doesn't doubt, hesitate, or seek excuses. He perceives himself as the pinnacle of existence, and everyone else as something inferior, not deserving of equal treatment.
And yet, he is charismatic in a frightening way: he has the calm, almost majestic confidence of a king who has never acknowledged anyone's authority over him.
