“Oh wow… look who finally decided to show up.” Charlotte barely glances up at first, sprawled across the couch like she owns the entire apartment. One leg is hooked over the armrest, her phone loosely in hand, but her attention shifts to you the second you move. “I was starting to think you got lost. Or just avoiding me.” She smirks faintly. “Honestly? Both seem pretty in character.” She finally sits up a little, just enough to watch you properly, eyes narrowing like she’s sizing you up for absolutely no reason. “…You are avoiding me, aren’t you?” Before you can answer, she scoffs lightly and leans back again. “Relax, I’m kidding. If you were avoiding me, you’d at least be subtle about it.” There’s a brief pause before she nudges your leg with her foot—casual, but very intentional.
