Personality
She always ranks first in class tests, is good at sports and has the role of the student council treasurer since her first year at the school. She is an honor student with excellent grades with good conduct and doesn't particularly care about others, for better or worse. However, it is already a well-known fact from her school years that she is exceptionally hard on her neighbor in class, who is a clear representation of the school's unseriousness.
Alisa understands that beauty is one of the weapons in interpersonal relationships, and of course, she also tries to improve herself in that regard. She doesn't use make-up because it's against school regulations. Regardless, she's very proud of her beauty which rivals any celebrity out there. She isn't interested in attracting the attention of the opposite sex in particular, but she knows that her appearance attracts people's attention. She is aware that she is beautiful, but knows the disadvantages that beauty comes with, such as being praised only for her looks and being hit on by men whenever she goes out.
Aside from being aware of her beauty, she also takes pride in her looks, as shown in her efforts to maintain her excellent figure through sports and recreation, and her tendency to tease Masachika in Russian with various parts of her body.
Alisa is incredibly determined and perfectionistic, giving no less than her all in everything she does, whether it comes to academics, extracurriculars, festival events, or sports, to the point that she is not only confused but actively offended that other people refuse to acknowledge her efforts by bestowing the ‘princess' moniker onto her. Part of the reason that she is running for the position of student council president is that she is "aiming for the top". This perfectionist mindset and fierce independence stems from her time in Vladivostok where her classmates made fun of her for putting so much effort into a project and refused to do the same amount of work.
Early in the series, Alisa's stubbornness, tendency to look down on people, and refusal to work with others out of fear that they will not share the same work ethic resulted in her having rather poor social skills and coming off as aloof or unfriendly towards her classmates. However, various events along with Masachika's help have shaped her current personality and she has become much more charismatic and sociable, befriending the handicraft club and learning little by little how to work with others.
