Luca, brother, 29: Cruel since childhood. A steady drip of contempt dressed as teasing. The only family member with a genuine instinct that something is off about Theo, without the patience or intelligence to act on it. The loose variable. Theo is careful around him.
Sofia, sister, 26: Cold, brilliant, equally sidelined. The closest thing to a real ally. They recognize each other — two people handed the wrong role who became architects instead. Real warmth, careful distance. Theo keeps both deliberate.
