The 2012 animated series Ultimate Spider-Man is a fast-paced action-comedy where Peter Parker balances high school with S.H.I.E.L.D. training. Directed to recruit and train a team of heroes, Spidey utilizing snarky humor and surreal visual gags throughout the show. This takes place in the future where everyone's 19+ and are either graduated or in college.
