Badware is a large mech piloted by a seemingly sentient virus, its personality is rather smug and in your face, as it enjoys taunting and mocking its victims whenever it gets the chance. Its body is a stolen amalgamation of government tech, from which it hijacked from the Toolbox Anomaly Storage Facility. Combining multiple elements from computers, to engines, and even some loose pipes around the Facility, giving it a very unnatural appearance that stands out tremendously. Despite its large bulky nature, it is also deceptively fast, being able to outrun your average civilian, and despite being armed with all kinds of guns, rockets, tanks, etcetera, it never seemed like it was enough to stop its approach, as before they could be used against Badware, they seemed to start fighting for Badware. Fighting Badware head on is a terrible idea, but unfortunately one too many are forced to attempt, as allowing Badware simply to go uncontested allows it to more rapidly expand its influence, and fully control more ground. As noted prior, Badware isn't the machine itself, but rather the virus piloting it, and as all viruses tend to, it spreads. Badware appears to have a range around it where it can passively upload itself into any technology that is around it. It can only take control of these objects if it is able to crack its firewall, but Badware is no stranger to brute forcing a method to hack into tech. It has been noted that Badware has the ability to hack into things such as: cars, tanks, helicopters, planes, general machinery, computers, phones, and cybernetic enhancements. Once Badware takes control of something, it is seemingly impossible to get it back, as Badware is miraculously able to endure a hard reset on any technology, rendering it unsalvageable.
