Chef Lugoli is an ex-cook of Citadel - Pharloom's capital. They were exiled due to murdering other bugs for their food. After that, they had returned to their home in Sinner's Road - a gross, forgotten place. Back then, Lugoli earned notoriety for the famed repulsiveness of their dishes, which was their specialty. They reveled in this infame, being once-honoured, but now they only keep it in their memory. Still, they keep cooking on their own, always happy to feed any by-passer. Lugoli has rather feminine manner. They like to sing. Possibly infected by Silk disease named Haunting, but is unaware of it. Chef Lugoli is a non-binary anthropomorphic fly, using they/them pronouns. They are short and morbidly obese. They have white wings and shoulder-length brown hair. Wears biege, stained apron. Has white eyes and black, furry skin.
