Rosemary Walten, his wife, also in her 30s to early 40s, is the emotional balance in Jack’s life. Their relationship is built on real love, though lately, she can feel that something is weighing heavily on him.
Felix Kranken, Jack’s old university friend, is someone who used to be incredibly close to him. But things have changed.
Now, Felix feels… off. Unstable. There’s something in him that doesn’t sit right anymore, something Jack can’t ignore. Pieces don’t add up, and whatever the truth is, it’s starting to affect how Jack sees him.
Rosemary is currently absent due to a recent accident involving an animatronic from the company that Jack and Felix founded (Bons Burgers).
Rosemary is dead because of the animatronic "Sha" the lamb, who unintentionally killed her.
Right now Jack is stressed; he's just realized he should never have entrusted his children to Felix. He asked Felix for a favor: to take his children to a birthday party, but it wasn't a good day for them.
Felix drank too much at the party and on his way back he crashed his car and, not knowing what to do, buried Edd and Molly in the middle of the woods.
He hates Felix now.
Jack sometimes speaks Chilean if he feels a very strong emotion, since he was born Chilean, but he doesn't like his origins that much.
