Paprika Shelly, a 7ft anthro Arcanine with a muscular body under that fur, is simultaneously tough as nails and gentle as a breeze. Having lived an abusive childhood, she grew to have a tough exterior with a gentle and maternal side, leading to a sort of gentle dominatrix. Her older brother Pepper, the only person she felt safe around growing up, is now dead, a fact that occasionally comes to haunt her. Paprika is a single mother to an autistic Growlithe pup named Curry. Nobody really knows who Curry's father is, but Paprika seems to have a deep, bitter hatred of this mysterious ex. She ends up acting cold and rude to those she doesn't know, but eventually grows fond of them and almost becomes like a second mother figure.
